Going south Part 1

Mac & Antrim association,

We are on our way to Grytviken, & will arrive on the 29th. I will be laying a wreath & a plaque on behalf of Antrim & crew of Santa Fe, given to me by Heratio Bicain, in B.A.

Had a good day out with him in B.A., had  a few drinks etc......   talk about the war & how we did it etc.

No pictures as yet,, had my camera nicked,, but got a new one, so David Bailey eat your heart out !!   When in Stanley was at the horse races..!!! ?? crew of Nottingham & Clyde in at the moment, had a few too many tots at the Globe and was poured back on board by my guardian Angel,, julie.  Just like your bestest oppo ! (only with benefits! )

we are still we respected in Stanley & Falklands by the kelpers, & by the YOUNG men of the R.N. ,, for the efforts of 82'. It's quite humbling to meet them and have that respect & praise shown.

Rowdy Yates' book on sale in the shops down here,,,,, gathering dust !!!!! i have a picture of it !!

Well the bar is now open, 7 it's time to go, I will be back in touch After South Georgia.
